ORDER
Order for our products can be made online in our web page www.mybabyd.com or in our facebook page. This is done by the carrying out the following steps (it’s very simple just follow the instructions that are given at each stage):
Shop -> Select the product -> Create an Account -> Payment Method -> Delivery Details -> Quantity -> Cart -> Buy -> Confirm -> End payment through Paypal platform
Once you have completed the purchase, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed and containing an url where you could find instruction on the best way to make pictures to send us. Please, check this email and save ot as order receipt for future communications.
Once you have the photos done, you will have to upload them through the web, in your reserved area, we will check them and begin to work them unless some improvement is needed, which we would communicate it immediately.
Within a maximum period of 10 days you will receive the warning to watch your custom myBabyDs (in low quality and covered with watermark) and confirm your satisfaction so we can send pictures in high resolution and watermark free.
If you have also purchased a physical product on which to print the image created, you could find delivery conditions and costs in clauses n. 4, 5, 6 and 7.
Important: During the registration process, all confidential information sent to our web is encrypted, and therefore is protected from other parties. All sensitive information is sent via the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which encrypts the information before we receive it, thus protecting it from third parties. No Information is ever stored which could identify the payment method with the buyer`s identity.

PRICING
All of our prices are given in Euros and include VAT for purchases made within the European Community. The only additional cost is the postage. For special deliveries we reserve the right to invoice the transport costs with your permission.
For orders placed outside of the EU, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, any import duties and taxes associated with the delivery will be at the customer`s expense, in accordance to legal system in force. The goods will be declared at Customs for their invoiced value which is stated in Euros. Customs tax rates can vary between countries and should be paid for on receiving the goods. Goods sent to countries outside of the EU will be invoiced without Value Added Tax (VAT).

If you want to place your order without communicating your credit card number, you have the possibility to pay in total security with the Paypal system.

During the payment process, you will be sent directly to the official Paypal platform. After making the payment, you will automatically return to myBabyD. Remember: Do not forget to credit your Paypal account before the transaction or have your account connected to your bank account.

You need to open a Paypal account is free. After all your payments with Paypal, you only have to indicate your email address and password on the PayPal site to validate your payment. SHIPPING POLICY
If the order contains only myBabyDs, the images will be sent by email or made available to the customer in your account area on the web so you could download them when you prefer.
In the case of purchasing a physical product, myBabyd.com makes deliveries in Spain and Worldwide.
In case of hardware deliveries to deliver, we wil ship according to the method choosen by the customer during the checkout process: these can be through registered letter by mail or by courier company upon the charge for postage .
The delivery time of the myBabyDs will be maximum 10 days. If you have also purchased a physical product the period indicated corresponds to the days elapsed since it has confirmed acceptance of the drawings made from the customer since he will receive the product to the indicated direction.
These deadlines, except force majeure(through no fault from our side), are shown in the tables in section 6. shipping modes.
If the delivery address or email is not properly completed by the client, orders will be sent by mail will be automatically returned and MyBabyd.com will NOT be held responsible for the time it may take for the items to be returned nor the cost for resending the goods.

SHIPPING METHODS
In order to deliver the products as soon as possible, myBabyD send each product when it is ready.
We use dedicated packaging to each product to ensure optimum protection.
Orders for multiple products or of different formats can be delivered in several parcels.
Rates:
- Normal shipping (Correo) delivery 5-6 days without tracking No.
- Priority Shipping (SEUR) delivery in 48-72 hours with tracking number (+ 3 € Supplement)
- Priority Shipping – Mural Decoration (SEUR) delivery in 4-5 days with tracking number (+ 3 € Supplement)
- Express Shipping (DHL) delivery 4-48 hours with tracking number (Supplement + 7 €)
Production deadlines and delivery are in business days and refer only to the chosen gadget.
All higher order than 2 kg is sent by certified way Seur with tracking No.
Delivery abroad
Rates
Shipping in Europe (including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) has a supplement of 3 € to the prices indicated in the table above.
Shipping to the world: supplement of 12 €
Deadlines: to know the total deadline for your products, add on 2-10 the deadlines specified for Spain.

WARRANTY
Our myBabyDs are guaranteed for “100% satisfied or we will fully reimburse you.” We want you to love your baby in the drawing we will create for you and if you do not we prefer to give you back your money. Once you’ve confirmed that you are happy with the product and you had the file in high quality, you lose this right of withdrawal.
In physical products, myBabyD.com offers a warranty of two years beginning from the time of delivery to the customer. The customer must inform myBabyD.com of the lack of conformity with the product within two months after he has knowledge of it. The bill is the guarantee, please save it. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and material that can occur when the goods have been used following the instructions. The warranty does not cover damage to the product due to misuse, lack of care or modifications.
Once we receive the product and have verified that it was a manufacturing fault, we will give one in perfect condition, or if the customer prefers proceed to refund the amount paid.
When returning a product under warranty, myBabyD.com assumes the transport costs as long as these are reasonable.
